Then you've found the right place for help.  The purpose of the Chilll platform is let the expert guide your hands into a lower cost, safer and smarter resolution.  You don't need experience.  The pro has enough experience for the both of you 🙂

The various devices and areas of a home can be complicated and confusing.  To understand how all of the "things" in a home work would take years and years of experience.  An unbiased remote expert can quickly understand the issue and let you know if a DIY resolution is the safe solution for you.  Having the pro seeing and hearing what you do can be safer than someone doing it alone.

Sometimes a Chilll service request is best performed as a two-part process.  Part one can be an assessment which can review the process, time, parts and tools needed for the resolution.  Shopping & tool lists are created and provided you.  Then once those are secured a second Chilll service request can be created and the second part takes you through the finish line.  You pay for each session which will still generally be cheaper than an in-person visit.

YouTube (and others like it) are great solutions for some things.  But it has it's draw-backs.  Like trying to find just the right video for your unique situation takes time.  But, you can't ask YouTube questions and every project has lots of them.  Also, YouTube doesn't inspect the work after you've completed it.  It doesn't make sure it was done right and done safely.   Your home is a big investment.  We think it's  worth at least $25 for 20 minutes.
